WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY RETURN FEE/RESTOCK FEE?

No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. You only need to handle the return shipping fee.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE UNSUITABLE/UNWANTED ITEM?

  1. After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
  3. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
